Responsibilities
- End users/computers support. Provide professional and timely service.
- Servers support (Domain server, File server, K3 server, Backup system, etc.). Keep equipment running stably, quarter maintenance and annual contract review. Be responsible OS and hardware health, warranty review
- Network support – Wan, Lan, and VPN support. Troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
- PABX support/printer support. Keep equipment running stably and optimize.
- CATV system. Keep equipment running stably and optimize. Setup relate access authority as requirement.
- ICCard system. Provide relate IT support. Work with Maintenance and HR to keep the system running stably. JP, SOP. Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures.
- IT improvement. Relate IT system improvement ideas.
Required experience
- 3+ years of helpdesk experience.
- Experience with Windows Server administration and troubleshooting
- Good in English writing and speaking
